Jai Ganesh Jai Ganesh Deva — Lyrics with Meaning
Every auspicious beginning starts with Ganesh. This aarti is sung on Wednesdays, at Ganesh Chaturthi and at the start of any puja.
Jai Ganesh jai Ganesh, jai Ganesh deva | Mata jaki Parvati, pita Mahadeva ||
Ek dant dayavant, chaar bhuja dhaari | Mathe sindoor sohe, moose ki savari ||
Paan chadhe phool chadhe, aur chadhe meva | Ladduan ka bhog lage, sant karen seva ||
Andhan ko aankh det, kodhin ko kaya | Baanjhan ko putra det, nirdhan ko maya ||
Deenan ki laaj rakho, Shambhu sutakari | Kamna ko poorn karo, jaon bilhari ||
'Soor' Shyam sharan aaye, saphal kije seva | Mata jaki Parvati, pita Mahadeva ||
