Bhagavad Gita 11.55 — The true devotee

मत्कर्मकृन्मत्परमो मद्भक्तः सङ्गवर्जितः। निर्वैरः सर्वभूतेषु यः स मामेति पाण्डव ॥

matkarmakṛnmatparamo madbhaktaḥ saṅgavarjitaḥ | nirvairaḥ sarvabhūteṣu yaḥ sa māmeti pāṇḍava ||

Meaning

One who works for me, holds me as the highest goal, is devoted to me, is free from attachment and bears no hatred toward any being — that person comes to me, Arjuna.

In today's life

Do your work as an offering, stay unattached, and hold no hatred toward anyone — this is the Gita's short summary of devotion.
