Bhagavad Gita 5.14 — Nature drives action
न कर्तृत्वं न कर्माणि लोकस्य सृजति प्रभुः। न कर्मफलसंयोगं स्वभावस्तु प्रवर्तते ॥
na kartṛtvaṃ na karmāṇi lokasya sṛjati prabhuḥ | na karmaphalasaṃyogaṃ svabhāvastu pravartate ||
Meaning
The Lord does not create doership, nor actions, nor the link between action and its fruit for people. It is nature (svabhava) that works all this out.
