Vishnu Sahasranama — Lyrics with Meaning
The Vishnu Sahasranama comes from the Anushasana Parva of the Mahabharat. Lying on his bed of arrows, Bhishma taught these thousand names of Lord Vishnu to Yudhishthira, as recorded by Sage Vyasa. Devotees recite it daily, especially on Thursdays and Ekadashi, in the morning or evening.
